October 16, 2024 — In early February when snow still  covers the ground,  the trees are bare,  and one needs a jacket just to put out the garbage for pick up,  there is nothing like the warm sunny weather of the  Philippines  to melt away those winter blues.

The annual Winter Escapade which  showcases  the natural beauty of the Philippines  and the warm hospitality of its people is focused on the Northern part of the Philippines this year.  Dubbed the “True North Goes North,” it will highlight the best  sights of Metropolitan  Manila, Laoag, Vigan, and La Union from February  09 to 18, 2025.  This Winter  Escapade is sponsored by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs,  Department of Tourism and Rajah Tours Philippines. 

The itinerary of the tour combines the popular tourist sights in Metropolitan Manila, Laoag  and Vigan, Ilocos Norte and LaUnion into one adventure-packed and enriching experience .   These are some of the sights  that will make this tour memorable:  San Agustin church in Intramuros,  Ilocos Norter Sinking Bll Tower,  Ilocossand dunes,  Bantay Church and Bell Tower, Burnham Park in Baguio,  La Union beach,  Basilica ogf our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan. 

There are also optional Tours lsuch as the following:

Option A – Culinary Highlights are: Adam’s Farm and Winery, Empanada making, Basi and local delicacies such as Longganiza, Patupat and Dudol
